  Limelight Networks is seeking a proven business development professional to join the team responsible for strategic customers and partners. This position is based in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities
Key point of contact and liaison between assigned strategic customers, partners and various departments within Limelight Networks. Manage activation of new Limelight services within your assigned accounts. Responsible for the renewal and expansion of existing contracts. A Successful Account Manager will fully understand the business requirements of your strategic accounts. Identify additional opportunities for Limelight Networks' products and services within your account base. Responsible for building and executing an account management plan for each of your accounts. Present and introduce new and enhanced Limelight products and services to your customer base.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–4 years experience in a “customer facing” environment such as sales, account management or similar role in a field such as; co-location, networking, or data communications; Streaming Media and/or content delivery experience a plus. Experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships. Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple customers simultaneously. Strong sales skills and solid project management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate efficiently within all levels of an accounts organization, as well as internally within Limelight Networks. Excellent people and relationship building skills. Work well in a team environment. Maintain a high degree of integrity and ethical behavior in all business activities and decisions.

Account Executive – Tempe

  Seeking high–energy, high–impact salespeople to promote Limelight Networks' full line of content delivery network (CDN) services predominantly for the distribution of video, music, games, downloads, and social media. Services include live and on–demand streaming, digital downloads, and custom CDN solutions. As an Account Executive you will be responsible for contributing to the success of the sales organization, identifying new customers and markets, cold calling, prospect qualification, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
Achievement of Sales Goals: Identify and recruit new customers in a strategic fashion to maximize revenue generation. Generate accurate forecast and sales activity reports. Work in coordination and collaborate with Limelight's field sales and strategic alliance sales teams as you help contribute to an already highly successful Tempe, AZ based sales team.

Background & Experience
The ideal candidate should have 5 – 7 years of successful quota carrying sales/sales management experience in the fields of streaming or content delivery network services, digital marketing and interactive services, digital rights management, content management, web analytics, or managed web hosting. Candidate should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will have track-record as a successful phone–based salesperson and be comfortable working in a fast–paced dynamic environment.

This individual will be responsible for contributing to the success of the sales organization, identifying new customers and markets and meeting sales targets. This position reports to the director of European business developement based in London.

Responsibilities include:
• Achievement of Sales Goals: Develop and execute sales strategies to assure the attainment of revenue targets. Identify and recruit new customers and channels of distribution. Generate accurate forecast and sales activity reports. Implement / create sales campaigns designed to generate new business.

• Customer Support: Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and look for opportunities to introduce additional services. Act as intermediary between clients and Limelight operations, product management and engineering to assist in supporting client.

    Limelight Networks' Software Development organization is currently seeking a mid-level MySQL DBA. Along with the Sr DBA, the person in this role will support the on-shore and off-shore development team members with the following responsibilities:

    • Create data models, optimize DB schema, perform query analysis and index optimization for new databases.
    • Database design for scalability
    • Manage multiple MySQL databases in production environment: installation, configuration, backup/recover & performance tuning.
    • Optimize database performance at schema, service, OS, or hardware levels.
    • Capacity planning, monitoring and diagnostics of production databases.
    • Ensure data quality of the information by identifying potential data errors.
    • Provide DBA inputs to the project teams and adhere to the assigned project schedules.

  Description
A Sr. Product Manager must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Limelight Networks' Product Managers are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products/services
• Work closely with sales engineering to ensure successful initial adoption of new products/services and to capture best practices for broader use within the sales organization
• Perform product demos to customers
• Develop pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Develop sales tools and collateral content
• Capture requirements for use as input into future product planning

Qualifications
• 5+ years related product management experience
• Technical background, with experience in Content Delivery preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to include presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product requirements documents, technical and sales presentations, and programs that enable sales teams to be successful.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, to include influence and persuasion.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple levels of management.

  Description

The Sales Training Manager will drive the design and implementation of effective training programs for a worldwide sales organization that includes inside sales, field sales, SEs and resellers. The person in this role will create a broad base of training curriculum to support the development of core sales skills, the transfer of product knowledge and the consistent delivery of company messaging. In addition to curriculum development, responsibilities include developing a training roadmap for each sales function, and putting systems and metrics in place to measure the success of all training initiatives.

This position will report to the product marketing organization and will work closely with product management, marketing and sales leadership. This position will also manage outside consultants or training agencies when needed.


Responsibilities
• Perform a current state analysis of sales skills gaps define a sales training vision, and deliver sales training programs appropriate to each role.
• Manage and provide direction on design and development of a sales training curriculum that includes product features and positioning, advanced sales skills, consultative selling, and cross selling.
• Work closely with product management to build sales training into the product launch process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external resources to develop and get buy-in for the vision, strategy, and program details.
• Define the metrics and systems required to measure success of training initiatives and work to continuously improve the programs.

Requirements
• High caliber BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution. An advanced degree and with a training, organizational communication, or development focus is desirable.
• Experience developing sales training and tools. Demonstrable experience with direct sales, enterprise field sales, and partners in global organization is a plus. • High degree of comfort organizing and driving technical training programs. This should include a willingness to research technical issues and present them in the context of business value delivered.
• Training experience with management consulting firms, global enterprise sales, content delivery networks, or rich media solutions is valued
• Strong writing and presentation skills that contribute to the transfer of market insight, technological advantage, and effective sales technique.
